Alicja Urbanowicz to wszechstronna artystka: muzyk, multiinstrumentalistka, dyrygentka, nauczycielka, aranżerka i kompozytorka, a także autorka bestsellerowych książek dostępnych na Amazonie, największej księgarni świata.
Jest założycielką i dyrygentką Orkiestry Wrześniak Glassworks – unikalnego projektu na skalę światową. Orkiestrę tworzy młodzież, która nigdy nie uczęszczała do szkół muzycznych, a mimo to osiągnęła poziom dorównujący najlepszym big-bandom świata. Zespół koncertował na prestiżowych scenach Europy, m.in. jako jedyny w historii zagrał koncert w Parlamencie Europejskim w Strasburgu, a także występował w Grecji, Francji, Włoszech i na Ukrainie. W 2019 roku orkiestra wydała płytę „Young Feelings” z hitami muzyki filmowej i rozrywkowej.
Alicja przez lata edukowała setki młodych muzyków, z których wielu kontynuuje kariery w świecie muzyki, zdobywając wyższe wykształcenie artystyczne i pracując zawodowo jako muzycy. Wśród nich są jej własne dzieci: Monika – wybitna wokalistka, laureatka programów telewizyjnych, oraz Szymon – wirtuoz perkusji.
Alicja została wyróżniona prestiżowym tytułem „Nauczyciela Roku 2017” przez Stowarzyszenie Edukacji Muzycznej i Animacji w Warszawie, za wybitne osiągnięcia w edukacji muzycznej i wkład w rozwój kultury. W 2016 roku, wraz ze swoim big-bandem, otrzymała „Świętokrzyską Nagrodę Kultury” za zasługi dla kultury województwa świętokrzyskiego, oraz tytuł „Menadżera Roku” w powiecie staszowskim.
Oprócz muzyki, Alicja jest miłośniczką fotografii, co zaowocowało nagrodą w Wielkim Konkursie Fotograficznym NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC. Jest również pasjonatką samorozwoju i zdrowego stylu życia.

She is the founder and conductor of the Wrześniak Glassworks Orchestra – a unique project on a global scale. The orchestra is composed of young musicians who have never attended music schools, yet have achieved a level comparable to the world's best big bands. The ensemble has performed on prestigious stages across Europe, including being the only orchestra in history to perform a concert in the European Parliament in Strasbourg. They have also performed in Greece, France, Italy, and Ukraine. In 2019, the orchestra released a CD titled Young Feelings, featuring popular film and entertainment music.
Over the years, Alicja has educated hundreds of young musicians, many of whom have gone on to pursue careers in music, obtaining higher artistic education and working professionally as musicians. Among them are her own children: Monika, an outstanding vocalist and winner of TV programs, and Szymon, a virtuoso percussionist.
Alicja was awarded the prestigious title of "Teacher of the Year 2017" by the Association of Music Education and Animation in Warsaw, for her outstanding achievements in music education and her contribution to the development of culture. In 2016, together with her big band, she received the "Świętokrzyska Cultural Award" for her services to the culture of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, as well as the title of "Manager of the Year" in the Staszów County.
In addition to music, Alicja is a photography enthusiast, which earned her an award in the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Grand Photography Contest. She is also passionate about self-development and a healthy lifestyle.
